Payment & cancellation policy

Courier booking charge: The $30 courier base charge is part of your delivery price and reserves the scheduled pickup.

Cancellation & rebooking policy: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, the applicable booking charge may be transferred one time to a rescheduled delivery. Same-day cancellations and customer no-shows forfeit the applicable booking charge. Any eligible transfer may be used only once.

If Tucker Delivery must cancel: You may receive a refund of the applicable booking charge or apply it toward a rescheduled delivery.

New and one-time customers: Payment is required upfront before the delivery is confirmed. This includes businesses that do not have an approved Tucker Delivery commercial account.

Approved commercial accounts: Established customers approved by Tucker Delivery may receive weekly billing with Net 30 payment terms. Net 30 status is granted by Tucker Delivery and cannot be selected during online checkout.
